Intertextile Apparel Fabrics and Yarn Expo Shenzhen postponed to 2023

In support of pandemic control measures in Shenzhen, which has recently seen an uptick in Covid-19 cases, the two fairs have been deferred to 2023. The fairs were originally due to take place concurrently from 2 – 4 November 2022 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.
“This was an extremely difficult decision to make, particularly given the amount of effort we have exerted to hold the November fairs successfully,” explains Ms Wilmet Shea, Deputy General Manager, Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. “However, with Shenzhen continuing to enforce strict pandemic containment measures, we have a duty both to support the local authorities as well as to ensure that participants can plan their arrangements with certainty.”
Ms Shea adds: “Given the challenges facing the textile industry at present, we know how important both fairs are in supporting business growth, particularly in the high potential Greater Bay Area. We are therefore working in close contact with the venue to find new dates next year for Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics and Yarn Expo Shenzhen to return.
